Madeline has been blazing trails in the NYC culinary scene for over 40 years. She was a partner in the acclaimed Soho Charcuterie & Restaurant, cookbook author, restaurant consultant, and creative partner in the first all-natural burger chain in NYC.

 

Eager for a life style change, she moved to San Miguel de Allende with her BFF (Best Furry Friend) Ernie, her adored and opinionated Brussels Griffon. Life started anew and she decided to pursue her life long passion for photography, which easily merged with her love of animals. Always an entrepreneur, she collaborated on a project with the talented Ri Anderson, and thus began her partnership in Beneath the Fur.
